Ayllu's menu is built around Nikkei cuisine — Japanese technique, Peruvian fire, everything designed to share. Head Chef Igor Pereira leads the kitchen on bold sharing plates: black cod, beef tataki, anticucho skewers. Head Sushi Chef Sandesh Baral handles the sushi — bluefin tuna cut to order, truffle rolls, the Ayllu Platter built for the table.
Two tasting menus available daily — the Cuzco at £45pp and the Machu Picchu at £59pp. A la carte and sushi served throughout the week.
